Refund policy

At Jennifer's Coastal Crafts, your satisfaction is our priority. Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, please review our policy carefully:

• Personalized/custom items — Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Non-personalized items — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Damaged or defective items — Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
• Refunds — Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
